1. Mitch McConnell suffered a fall on June 14 and has not been in the Senate for two months. But he's continued to get paid his salary of 174K/year. Since he entered the Senate in 1985, McConnell has voted against creating or expanding medical leave — paid and unpaid — at least 23 times.

The appointment of Todd Blanche, as AG, is the latest sign that America is experiencing a form of personalist rule. This is a form of autocracy which organizes around the self-preservation of a leader whose private interests prevail over national ones in shaping domestic & foreign policy.

The current Lakers owner is being investigated by Trump's government for tax fraud. Today, it was announced that he is selling the team to a member of the Kushner family. A complete coincidence, I'm sure.

The President of the United States continuing to bring the full force of the federal government down on a guy *everyone knows is innocent*, just like he did with Kilmar Abrego Garcia and so many others, is absolutely 1,000% impeachable IMHO. This is just straight up tyranny

The @nytimes hasn't written a single article asking if "voters will think Tom Tiffany is too radical" because he is an election-denying, pro-ICE, authoritarian extremist. Somehow, his position on the political spectrum has disappeared completely from the National and State Conversations™️

Will Wisconsin Voters Think Francesca Hong Is Too Radical? Here’s Where She Stands.
