For those who Claude Code, what do you do when you like most of the changes Claude proposes but you don't want all of them? Do accept and then go back by hand to make the changes yourself? Reject all the changes and improve your prompt? Or....?

I've made a few sites with Claude Code and Cursor. The functionality has been pretty good but I can't seem to get the agents to give me very good design. Anyone have tips on improving the design output of agents?
