Press conference room absolutely packed at #COP30 as 20+ ministers gather to call for a roadmap away from fossil fuels to be a key outcome of this summit (Many more countries have expressed their support behind the scenes)

That's pretty weak phrasing - Parties could be urged to do a lot more, such as submit national inventories of their fossil fuel subsidies and action plans for gradually phasing them out.
