She accuses Labour of not having a plan, then insists we should trust her unannounced plan will be better.

It is very telling that the Tories have yet to explain what they propose should replace the CCA. Are they really proposing - as is the implication - that they are literally rejecting any effort to tackle climate change? Are they really prepared to explicitly admit they are rejecting climate science?
