Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this. I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.

gotta be honest, forcing trans kids to effectively go through literal arrested development until they’re 18 while their peers visibly grow up is basically part of why I feel puberty blockers should be treated like a humiliation ritual

(my qualifications on this topic: only alive because I figured out how to secretly order e online at 15)
the sex tattoo technology is tracking dopamine so it is clearly gender agnostic but if gay sex is legal that means it’s an intentional choice to turn off the tracking for same sex tattoos. so is changing your tattoo’s gender marker a part of legal transition. can you do it at the dmv

The SCREEN Act just failed to pass in the Senate Commerce Committee! 🎉 Enormous thanks to the thousands (!!) of you who told your Senators to vote no! Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.
SCREEN Act, which would have required mandatory age-verification for sites (like this) that allow "material harmful to minors" failed to pass out of committee after thousands and thousands of people called their Senators. More work ahead!
