As expected, the threatened blackmail from Trump over Ukraine hitting Russian Refineries. . Hopefully Ukraine anticipated this. (I've read that France among other NATO Nations has offered to help with Intelligence if the US cuts it off again) #Ukraine #uspoli

🇺🇸🇺🇦❗️Trump's special representatives have informed Ukraine of a possible suspension of intelligence sharing if the Armed Forces of Ukraine attack the refinery, - DW

I’m feeling sick! Today, our supposed allies decided to give the mad goblin in the Kremlin more money to keep killing us, and blamed us for it in the process! We made them buy russian oil, you see? By defending ourselves. Freaking circus. Donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

I think this analysis is correct. Reports out of Russia for the last six weeks show huge diesel shortages and long lines of cars trying to get it. Russia doesn't have the diesel Trump says he's buying for them. This is all for another purpose, which is psy ops.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky: Ukraine will not set Russian oil refineries on fire if Russia stops destroying our energy infrastructure. This is precisely the kind of agreement we are proposing to America, and we believe the United States is strong enough to achieve such a compromise.

NEWS: Eight major U.S. allies—including Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan—have issued a joint rebuke of the Trump regime’s sweeping sanctions on the International Criminal Court. They vow “unwavering support” for the ICC’s independence.

A vertical graphic on a white background displays an October 9, 2026, joint statement from the foreign ministers of Canada, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The full statement, presented in black serif text, reaffirms unwavering support for the International Criminal Court (ICC), strongly opposes U.S. sanctions against the Court, warns of their impact on its work, staff, and families, and pledges continued support for international justice, accountability, and the rules-based international system.Marco Rubio, mouth agape, as he announces sweeping sanctions on the ICC to try to punish them for acknowledging Bibi Netanyahu’s war crimes

I think if Pm @mark-carney.bsky.social were to suddenly announce that we're limiting the F-35's we're getting and filling the rest of the jet order with Gripens, he'd have polling #'s approving that deal equivalent to the amt supporting him withdrawing from trade talks. #cdnpoli #Canada

Trump on Canada: "Lake Ontario is now Lake America. They're gonna come in and they're gonna say, 'Sir, we are sorry.'"

This poll makes more sense in light of the recent by-election win for the NDP in Calgary. I had trouble believing they were trailing by double digits as the Abacus poll showed (it was released right around the time of that byelection, as I recall) #cdnpoli #abpoli #Canada
