The Trump admin delayed the opening of this new bridge between Detroit and Windsor -- some 20-years in the making, co-owned by Michigan and Canada, with Canada fronting the cost of its build. Trump said it was a "bad deal." But as I wrote for @propublica.org, he once celebrated this project.
