At the end of the day...with MTG, if a card is bringing people joy and not harming anyone....that good. Whether in-universe or universe beyond. A hobby is meant to be enjoyed. Also, with UB...designers want to make cards around there favorite things and you can tell by the love they put in it.

I just finished the first full draft of my book The Worst Of Us. I'm still getting beta readers' opinions for the final draft before sending it to literary agents, but it feels good. I've been working on these stories for like 10 years. I hope my next book is quicker.

Secret Lair is doing the thing that everyone wanted and I haven't seen a million videos covering it. When no one got the Goblin Storm deck it was on everyone page, complaining. This community needs to be more positive news oriented. I want everyone to know the good news.

I want to clarify that just because you feel "woke" about one topic, doesn't mean you might not have unconscious bias about other topic. Always be vigilant when someone calls you out about your thinking on things. That's the only way you can really by an ally against all forms of bigotry.
