I’m reminded of the plague that has become e-bikes in residential neighborhoods. Kids blowing crosswalks, lights etc on bikes is nothing new. Kids doing it at 45-50mph on an unlicensed 2 wheeler is a nuisance. I’ve almost hit/been hit half a dozen times They should require a license and nsurance
