I made Seitan Pad Thai last night and managed to cook the seitan pieces to the exact texture of fried duck. It was lovely.

I was up Bratton this morning having a nose around the probable location of the Battle of Ethandun 878. It was very useful to get the lay of the land before gaming it.

I hope that one day we'll realise that we're all one species and that the entire Earth is our collective home. We'll all realise that borders aren't real, and we don't need to fight over who gets to go and live where because everyone belongs everywhere.
