If Stevens wins the primary, I will vote for her in the general, because even she, for all her flaws, is still better than Rogers, who would be a guaranteed MAGA yes-man. And in 6 more years, I would support primary challengers. But I do really hope El-Sayed wins. Both times.

There are certain episodes of The Baker Street Babes podcast that I replay when I need a pick-me-up, and the funny thing is that their COVID episode is one of them. It's so gentle and sweet, and then there's the funny discussion between Ashley and Maria, and... it's just really heartwarming. 🥰

I finished drafting my essay for an upcoming Belanger Books release, huzzah! This one was strangely difficult. Now I'm just waiting to hear back from some friends so that I can do another pass & submit it. But it feels good to have a complete draft, finally, & I just hope I did my topic justice. 🙂

Here's an exciting thing that happened recently. I say, "exciting" — let's be clear, this is a very nerdy and specifically Sherlockian level of excitement. I bought the book in the picture, 'Stimulating Medicine,' on-sale from BSI Press. The sale is exciting, sure, but that's not the only thing.
