This is not a story about a few bad men. A border built to do violence will do violence. That was always the design. For a century this machine has ground up migrants, refugees, and citizens alike. The abuse is not a malfunction - it is not a question of training. The system functioning as designed.

Since 2020, at least 51 ICE and CBP officers, agents, and contractors have been convicted or accused of sexual misconduct — 34 of them for crimes against children. These are the masked men kidnapping women and children off the street into unmarked vans and disappearing them into concentration camps.

White supremacist "active club" groups claim they organize under a leaderless, decentralized structure. But what if that's not entirely true? My latest unpacks some odd patterns I saw that might indicate these groups are less autonomous than they claim to be. openmeasures.io/telegram-act...

Pride events in Northern and Central Oregon should start preparing for targeted threats like this by forming safety teams complete with de-escalators, physical responders, medicals, and legal observers. AG's should also stack these events and be prepared to intervene on their own terms.

Last week, the Supreme Court gave Trump the ability to deport 350,000 Haitian immigrants living in the US under TPS. What wasn't reported on was how the case can be directly linked to one of the most overt nazi organizations in the US right now; Blood Tribe. Read an article I wrote about it here;

Oops never updated this but neo-Nazi Kevin Pyles ended up with probation and no jail time back in May for threats he made towards a local synagogue. Now today, he’s been hit with federal hate crime charges for sticking antisemitic Goyim Defense League fliers to the same synagogue.

THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE DISTRICT of ARIZONA

Arizona Man Charged with Hate Crime for Defacement of Synagogue

PHOENIX, Ariz. - A federal grand jury in Phoenix yesterday returned an indictment against Kevin Charles Pyles, 33, of Glendale, Arizona for the Intentional Defacement of Religious Real Property.

The indictment alleges that Pyles defaced Sha'arei Shalom Congregation, a synagogue in Phoenix, on July 11, 2025. On that day, Pyles posted an antisemitic flyer on the synagogue's front door. Pyles had previously pleaded guilty to Attempted Making and Communicating a Terrorism Threat in Maricopa County Superior Court. Those charges related to online threats Pyles made targeting the Jewish community and Sha'arei Shalom Congregation.

"This indictment is a message to the community - we will not tolerate the defacement or destruction of any house of worship," said U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine.

"Members of the Arizona community should feel free to worship without the fear of harassment.""This indictment is a message to the community - we will not tolerate the defacement or destruction of any house of worship," said U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine.

"Members of the Arizona community should feel free to worship without the fear of harassment."

"Every Arizonan has the right to feel safe in his or her community," said FBI Phoenix Special Agent in Charge Rebecca Day. "For this reason, investigating hate crimes is one of the FBI's highest priorities and this office along with our law enforcement partners remain steadfast in our pursuit of offenders."

"Everyone who calls Phoenix home, and everyone who visits our city, deserves to feel welcome and safe. Acts that target or intimidate any part of our community undermine the values we stand for," said Phoenix Police Department Chief Matt Giordano. "The Phoenix Police Department takes these crimes seriously, and we remain committed to working with our partners to protect our community."

A conviction for Intentional Defacement of Religious Real Property carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison, a $100,000 fine, or both.

The FBI's Phoenix Division and the Phoenix Police Department are handling the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Ben Goldberg and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Clay Rehrig for the District of Arizona are handling the prosecution, in conjunction with the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division.

NEW: Kevin Pyles, a 33-year-old Glendale, AZ neo-Nazi, agreed to plead guilty to an amended charge (and another was dropped) in connection to violent threats he made blow up a Phoenix synagogue. Sentencing on May 20, but the expected terms are supervised probation and 30 days in jail.

Liz Soto and Savanna Batten are 2 of those sentenced to 50 years in prison for Prairieland. I visited them in a north Texas jail—11 months into their incarceration over a July 4 noise demo—to meet the Trump admin’s “Antifa terrorists”. from behind glass, Soto said, “They didn’t like my book club.”

Please keep watching for the Prairieland defendants' state trials. 20 people have state charges related to this case. While today's federal sentences are horrific, they are not the end. Texas also seeks to make examples of the Prairieland defendants, but we cannot let them. This fight is not over.

The Prairieland defendants' state trials are all set in Johnson County, the same county where the sheriff Adam King was just indicted after being arrested for a third time on March 26 in connection to an ongoing sexual harassment case. bsky.app/profile/star...
