protip: if you expect you can get a comm done in (for example) 3 weeks, tell the client 4. If something happens, you're still within the estimated turnaround time. If everything goes fine, the client gets their comm early. Yay!

if your comms take a long time but you get them done: be upfront about that! Likewise, clients are often understanding of disability or life getting in the way, but don't abuse their trust. You gotta give them what they paid for or a refund.
