This is absolutely a violation of the first amendment. Right now it might be students in visas who likely don’t have the resources to fight but rest assured the next step is citizens and journalists who speak out facing punitive consequences.

We've seen these techniques before: the ultimatums, the beds in the offices, the accomplishment reviews. It's like watching the writers' room in Season 5 bring back the plot line from the pilot.
