Not only that there are many artists who enjoy drawing porn and they shouldn't be ashamed to sell it and charge what they're worth. Shaming sex workers who star in porn and artists who draw porn just makes things more dangerous for them and hurts their livelihoods.

The Other Happy Place@theotherhappyplace.bsky.social · 3d ago

I think artists and sex workers should have a natural allyship. Both of us are often told we should not be allowed to charge for our work if it is at all pleasurable. Both of us are wanted for what we can do, but our work is considered not worth paying for. We should stick together

Felt like making something a little special for pride month featuring my trans girl OC Noel 💜🏳️‍⚧️ #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky #oc #trans #transgirl

Noel Allison, a trans girl OC, standing with both her hands on her heart with a trans flag and a bunch of hearts with the trans flag colors (light blue, pink, and white) in the background. Her eyes are closed, her head is tilted down, and she's got a happy look on her face, proud to be who she is. She's wearing a plain purple shirt and plain grey-black sweat pants.

Another Sam doodle She's kinda angry here #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky #oc

Samantha Elliott, a girl OC, standing in front of a light teal background with crossed arms and a kinda angry expression directed at the viewer. She's wearing goth fashion: a midriff-revealing sleeveless top, a skirt with a belt, a pair of teal sleeves that end below her elbows, a studded collar, and a pair of teal stockings.

Felt like drawing another of my magical girl OCs standing next to their regular human form. Here's Gretchen and Abigail #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky #oc #magicalgirl

Two human OCs who are actually the same OC: from left to right, the magical girl Gretchen Ashwyn and her regular human form, Abigail Allison. Gretchen is in her full magical girl outfit, a dark green tank top with side cutouts, a dark green collar with her Mana Crystal embedded in a small gold plate, a skirt with a pattern alternating between a lighter and a darker shade of green, a large green bow on the back of her head, a pair of green hair ties, dark green thigh highs, dark green sleeves, and a pair of green shoes. Abigail is wearing a white T-shirt with a bunch of black stripes on it, a pair of turquoise shorts, and a pair of glasses. Both are standing against a light mint green background, and Gretchen's mouth is open as if she's talking to Abigail.

Been wanting to redesign Abigail, aka Gretchen Ashwyn, one of my magical girl OCs, and I finally got around to that 🖤💚 Haven't drawn her in a while anyways, sooooo #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky #oc

Abigail Allison, transformed as the magical girl Gretchen Ashwyn, standing in front of a black background with green flames at the bottom. She's wearing her magical girl outfit, which is a dark green tank top with side cutouts, a dark green collar with her Mana Crystal embedded in a small gold plate, a skirt with a pattern alternating between a lighter and a darker shade of green, a large green bow on the back of her head, a pair of green hair ties, dark green thigh highs, dark green sleeves, and a pair of green shoes. She's extending her left arm out and casting some green fire from it, and her right arm's folded up with her right hand in a fist. A pair of wings made of pure green energy are sprouting from her back.

noel doodling on her tablet 💙 #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky #oc #trans #transgirl

Noel Allison, a trans girl OC (she/her) with shoulder-length brown hair, blue eyes, and light skin, sitting in an office chair and drawing something on a tablet. She's wearing a red shirt (slipping down her shoulders a little) and a gray miniskirt. Her left leg is raised and her left foot is resting on the chair's edge. A bed and a window covered by a curtain are behind her.

felt like doodling Noel wearing a little dress 💙 #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky #oc #trans #transgirl

Noel Allison, a trans girl OC (she/her) with shoulder-length brown hair, blue eyes, and light skin, standing against a light pink background wearing a small purple dress that extends to halfway down her thighs. She's looking down at the dress and herself while holding her arms out, and she's blushing slightly. Her mouth is open as if she's talking.

I dunno why I woke up yesterday with the urge to draw J from Murder Drones, but I did, aaaaaand this was the result Also felt like making this scene dim and moody And yeah, she's not wearing any clothes in this. More details about that in the alt text #art #artwork #artistsonbluesky #artsky

A drawing of the character Serial Designation J from Murder Drones laying on a rusty metal floor facing up with her arms spread wide. The scene is dim, with the only visible lights coming from her eyes, chest, stinger, and headband. She has a tired, worried, and confused look on her face as if she's contemplating who she is as a person and wondering what's next for her. She's also not wearing her usual business suit or any clothing at all.

About her lack of clothing here: I wanted to draw her as more vulnerable than normal, this being some time between the main events of episode 8 and that scene of her in episode 8's credits where she's working on the pod. Maybe she thinks ditching her business suit would help her move on from everything she did for Cyn and the Absolute Solver, but she doesn't know how to move on or even if getting rid of her suit is the best thing for her. Or she's just been resurrected again, but she still knows about Cyn's defeat and is wondering if it's even worth putting on the suit. Regardless, she's so used to the life she had before Cyn's defeat that she's lost and stuck wondering what's next for her. Where to go, what to do, that sort of stuff. Very fanficcy, I know.
