kinda tapered off on art fight this year, so many revenges I wanted to do :P but that's okay, I did some stuff for people & got some lovely stuff so it was a great art fight! I might still do more, there's time. the teams have held position all month, interested to see if it changes last minute!

I was lucky to have a high school art teacher that was the same! she encouraged me to draw anime in the early '00s when most of my fellow deviantARTers said their art teachers were against it. I can't say most of my teachers Made A Difference In My Life, but Mrs O. did!

btw the best advice I ever got was from my high school art teacher who said "I don't care what she's drawing, or how, as long as it's making her happy." she let me draw anime mermaids in the back of the room and always gave me A's for it because she knew I wouldn't show up otherwise haha
