Any time I see talk of alternatives to a certain book series about a magical school I'm so sad that nobody ever talks about Jenny Nimmo's "Children of the Red King" series. Everyone should at least read "Midnight For Charlie Bone", if it's not for you then sure. But it's one of my favourites ever

Searching for art for dnd sessions just keeps getting harder and harder. The routine of just looking on search engine image pages is baked in and I don't even know where to look for things specifically now. Even with AI filtered out just so much slop gets through.
