I wanted something to post on so I went w/ Bsky, being the most open and safe (I think) I like Linux, I duel-boot Windows XOS just to play some games, it's only used for that. I care about my privacy like every other person, I just work harder for it.
@grapheneos.org I've used grapheneos for a decent amount of time now and I've only been loving it, it feels secure and private, and even gave me more settings to tweak for extra security that should even be in standard android os, I couldn't recommend grapheneos enough to anyone, easy install

If anyones looking for a strong freemium VPN proton VPN is as good as it gets on mobile, same as browser extension and on Linux but proton VPN kinda sucks on windows

1/6/2026: I had nothing to do, so I decided to just boot VRC and draw the Mayu I've been playing as. I accidentally tore the paper a bit near the stomach area but I managed, I don't know how to draw appendages properly yet so the feet are just drawn like a 2nd grader and there's no hands.

KIM-1@kim-6502.bsky.social · 2mo agoA 6502 based computer that uses a Raspberry Pico as a crazy powerful graphics card, and another as a ROM, file system, and monitor. It’s the Picocomputer.GitHub.io and it’s also less picky about resistor values than you might expect. It DOES get picky about USB storage > 8Gb though.
1/6/2026: I like drawing, this is the first time I drew in this notebook I think I might keep drawing in here daily, maybe. All drawn from reference images, not by my own, I'm working on it.
My friend died of cancer. I told him I would take his dog after he died. This is Pepper. She gets along with my two dogs and two cats. She is family now.
I would normally post about Bert or any of our other foster kittens, but tonight is for Juniper. She is 16 years old. I have been with her since birth. She is from Pasadena, Texas, where I grew up. She isn’t doing great. I can tell we’re heading for the end. But this is her tonight.
You can use Bluesky native on Linux with Hangar (yes spelt like that) https://hangar.blue/ Installed it thru it's native Flatpak package you can download and install with flatpak install --user ~/Downloads/hangar.flatpak (or where ever you downloaded the file). You can install this your own way.
