Man this is a bad ad. Like what the hell does "no memorizing" mean? Does it mean you don't have to memorize anything, or does it mean you're not allowed to somehow? The vast majority of games don't actually force you to memorize anything, that's why they come in convenient tools we call "books."

RPG title length and degree of poetic nature is inversely proportionate to page count. A zine may be called "We are But God's Worms in this Dessicated Railyard." A game over 400 pages should be called "Fantasy RPG."

It's funny because I full agree with this but it feels like the same forces in reverse in comics. You get neat development and cool new characters and stories until they replace the lead writer, and they invariably go "fuck all this what if Hal Jordan met Abin Sur and then had to fight Sinestro."

I don't even give that much of a shit about Andor but this is indisputably correct. The problem with Star Wars has nothing to do with "too much Jedi, not enough politics," the problem is when you put people in charge who just want to make the Star Warsiest Star Wars above anything else

I think it's obvious that the problem is they've hired the wrong Jon Taylor from the internet's nerd spheres. We have a solution ready for the Neopet people when they are ready to hear it.
