It's a turn up and turn out election. Which ever side gets their voters motivated to the polls between now and 7pm Saturday wins.

Overseas voters registered make up about 3% of total enrolled and their votes do not show up until after 7pm when they're counted with the specials. There are 126,000 overseas registered voters this year. 64% are in Australia. In 2023 there were 92,600 registered voters and 77,295 voted.
I do this cost/benefit thing for a living, and what impresses me is how robust the Greens have been in calculating the impacts and how the Right - for all its rhetoric - never seems to do a halfway decent job of figuring out the real costs of its policies #nzpol www.rnz.co.nz/news/politic...
Youth moving overseas will cost NZ $76b in GDP, say Greens
The Greens say a surge in young people moving overseas since 2023 will cost the country $76 billion in GDP, $40 billion in lost earnings and $6 billion in foregone net tax over the next four decades.

Thank you greens.org.nz for being the only party who cares about this. Data centres will have immense impacts in our water supplies, energy prices, and environment and none of the big parties seem to care. youtu.be/RCGrpsjPmIQ

Beautiful stuff, NZ! 💚 If you haven't voted yet, do it! Take a friend who wouldn't vote otherwise with you. Make it a big event. This coalition tried very hard to curb enrollements and have lower turnout. Let's make them eat it! #nzpol
Close to a million people have now voted - about a quarter of all enrolled Kiwis:
Between 2020 and 2023 turnout dipped 4.04%. In raw votes the total cast was lower by just 34,962. In 2020 there were 3,549,580 registered voters and 630,507 didn't vote. In 2023 there were 3,688,292 registered voters and 804,181 didn't vote. Turnout matters. Go vote.
It'd be so funny if Labour or Greens did a vote splitting video this week that was: "Is all this yelling between coalition parties about vote splitting confusing or annoying you? Make it all go away by giving your two ticks to Labour and Greens this week and change the government this Saturday"
If you get everyone you know to go and vote labour or greens this guy could be nowhere near the countrys health system by this time next week.

Had the extreme pleasure of hearing Chloe speak in person last night. She was very impressive. Relaxed, inspiring and really across tons of detail on a raft of issues. She's a real person with real talent and great leadership skills. PM material. She would be a great Finance Min. #votepartygreen

If you're on the 'dormant' roll, you can place a Special Vote. If you've ever been enrolled and been taken off the General or Maori roll, then you're placed on the Dormant Roll - NOT de-enrolled. Staff can access the Dormant Roll and process you via the Special Vote process. #nzpolitics

As a brazilian living in Aotearoa, who drove 10h total yesterday to vote in the Brazilian election, and just voted for the NZ Greens today, this right here. The turnout is what changed the worst case scenario in Brazil. Please, vote. It matters. Every vote counts.
I'll continue to be a broken record. Coin. Flip. Vibes. Continue. As we saw in Brasil, coin flip polling can be significantly shunted in one direction or the other by unexpectedly high turnout. So go stick it to the parties in govt who've made it harder to vote by *voting* for one that didn't.
