Rookie tip: get fake model train locomotives for a few dollars to practice painting and weathering. If they come out well enough, you could use them on a layout in maintenance scenes or just to add more static rolling stock. Left pic orig right pic panel lined. Silicone earplugs clean up stray ink.
Tonight's shunting puzzle: refill the slurpee machines Using the easy button and put one car on either end, since the layout has a proper siding now. Here we refill the grape & cola slurpee concentrates so take the trainset across the yard... it's a two-day job for all 4 flavors. #modeltrains
