Given that the ICC can issue arrest warrants in secret, and at short notice, how is Oded Basyuk so confident that he can visit the UK without legal repercussions? The only plausible answer is that Keir Starmer gave him a gold-plated assurance that he would not be arrested during his visit. Obscene!
