Libraries, bike lanes, public housing, long-term care homes, the concept of empathy: If Doug Ford doesn't use something, he doesn't think anyone else should have it either. Very possibly the worst quality a public servant can have, but of course Doug's not really about serving the public.
I once again resent Danielle Smith for granting Doug Ford the position of “not the worst Premier”
