Passed 2000 hours on Steam for the year. About 700 hours of that is idle time in Ropuka, Bongo Cat, and Fracture Field... but ~1300 is active play. 26% of my total 2026 has been spent gaming on Steam. Is that good or bad?

Final tally: 41 games purchased. 29 100%'d already in 91 hours. 7 single-player remaining. 3 co-op remaining. 2 I don't think I'll play, but won't refund. I'm going to run out of stuff to play again so fast :(

Think I need a small breather from games (aka, the rest of today). Since the start of the Summer Sale, I have bought 33 singleplayer games, and already 100%'d 21 of them. 61 hours in 9 days. Kinda a lot?

Game design tip: If you are going to have an achievement for "beat x section without dying" (or similar) a. have checkpoints that can be loaded at section start b. put the lengthy cutscene at the end of the prior checkpoint, not the start of the checkpoint players have to replay over and over again
