Someday i hope to put into my games something as beautiful and mysterious as the overgrown gardens in my neighbourhood.
I liked this, it's well put together, clearly made by someone who knows and loves imsims. Based on the title i was half-expecting some kinda ragebait but i was really pleasantly surprised!

Went to a ’game exhibition’ thing today and they had Doom there which was broken and unplayable. Sad and hilarious, what a heavy handed accidental metaphor.

Inspired by this post i read the book in one sitting. So captivating was the description of this bygone era. Props to Jordan Mechner for not editing his past self even when at times he comes across v annoying lol, i couldn’t do that.

The number of people who spend enough time on Kalshi or OnlyFans that it meaningfully competes with time-consuming entertainment like games must be vanishingly small.
