Poverty is a policy decision. Concentrated wealth is a policy decision. Inequality is a policy decision. Economic inequality is not some naturally occurring phenomenon. It is the consequence of choices. One question I always urge my students to ask: who is the market organized for — and why?

Reforms of SCOTUS have been proposed by the hosts & guests of Strict Scrutiny, but our representative form of gov't has clearly failed the people in the constitution of the Court. Selection/confirmation of the Judges should be the prerogative of the people, not the WH & Congress.
