" ...It always throws me off how some versions of me are like this.. basically Hojo's little fantasy come true" he scoffed. " ..if you ever need to hide from them hide here , they won't find you here."

“Tempting, but I’ll pass.” Cloud would’ve loved nothing more than to piss them off, but he’s reluctant to push buttons. “One of them— They don’t hold back. Insults would just make him break more bones or savour wounding me. Some are really sadistic in nature and mind games alike.”

" oh I can imagine" he did feel bad . But he shouldn't , because it wasn't him doing this to Cloud. " ..wanna have some insults that will probably get them to be all pissy and hurt?"

“…My bad.” He wasn’t about to lie or deny it. Why bother? Instead, he merely shrugged at the silver, gaze averting. It still wasn’t seeing the same face as his tormentor. “Mmhm. Trying to piece it all together when I can. Just. . . Other versions of you don’t make it easy. They make it worse.”

He squints his eyes. " I swear to Gaia if you wanted to say poster boy.." However what Cloud said next made him sigh. " Still struggling memory wise I guess? ..that's understandable after all that happened.." He looked at his own cup of tea. " Even I wonder sometimes what happened"

“Hard to say. As Shinra’s poster bo—“ Exhales. No, he’s not going to be an ass. “Just figured it didn’t bother you that much. My memory of the infantry days are. . . fuzzy. Don’t recall being made to do that.”

" I loathed them..they always tried to make me sign for the dumbest stuff.." He then raised a brow. " What did you think? I'd enjoy that useless drivel on paper? ..also yeah they made the infantries always carry the stacks of paper or the lower soldiers.."

Never took you as one who hated paperwork. I, uh… just don’t want to think of him. Makes my face and foot ache more.

... To be fair we avoided him often on HQ back then as well. .. Paperwork and such

Hmmh .. because it's not caused naturally. When that's the case the planet will act up weather wise. If I make it rain now we might have only rain this month or no rain at all.
