Take nothing I post seriously. Do not exceed 12 caplets in a 24-hour period. Fredericton, New Brunswick

I'm rewatching the first season of "The John Larroquette Show" in more than 30 years, and holy crap is it good. The quality stuck in my head after having watched it originally as a teenager and I'm glad it holds up.

I just saw the term "vertical dramas" and died inside. When my time comes, please put "he refused to shoot vertical video" on my tombstone.

I know it's about the easiest thing in the world to do, but there really is something fulfilling about replacing the engine and cabin air filters in your own car.

Back when I was producing "Voice of the Province" on Rogers tv, I had to step in to host at the last minute because the regular host at the time suddenly became unavailable. The guest was David Coon, and it was the easiest 60 minutes of live call-in television that I could have ever hosted.

David Coon announces he will step down as leader of the New Brunswick Green Party. He will stay as leader until the party chooses a new leader and will remain an MLA until the next election.

NEW: After 14 years with the top job, David Coon is stepping down as New Brunswick Green party leader. He will remain as leader until the party holds a leadership convention to choose his successor. The party will make an announcement on a leadership convention in the coming weeks.

👀 New Brunswick Green Party Leader David Coon making "an announcement on his future as leader" this morning. Of note, the federal Fredericton-Oromocto Green Party Association remains deregistered, despite federal Green Leader Elizabeth May saying it would quickly be back.

NEW ChatGPT has launched a new health and wellness feature called “ChatGPT Health” that allows users to upload their medical records. 🚩Do not do this. Do not upload your medical records to an AI chatbot. Do not provide your medical data.

My spending on app licences has gone down significantly since a chunk of app creators started going the way of subscription models instead of standard version licensing. Things like weather apps I get since the data costs money, but an FTP client seems like a weird thing to only be able to lease.

I’m once again disappointed that I completed a Census form that didn’t ask me how many toilets I have in my house. I wanted to give everyone in Canada two or three new federally funded flushes each!

Regardless what you think of FREX expropriation everyone should be concerned that many Candidates for council do not under the process, what the meeting was about, how the system works, what's legal vs illegal and have no problem sharing that ignorance on FB for likes and votes.

Happy election day! I'm spending my afternoon doing what I always do: Shaking down election television graphics and praying to everything that the data flows into the system. We'll be running some of our favourite news stories, old and new, with results starting at 8:30 PM on Rogers tv (cable 10).

I would absolutely shocked if at least one complaint to Elections New Brunswick isn't lodged targeting the City of Saint John's promotional Facebook video that was posted to their page yesterday. I feel like it might be an interest test of the election rules.

Roughly 1/3 of the things I've said after turning 45 have just been the "harumph" noise that Rene Auberjonois made as Odo on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Doing the whirlwind tour of the Muncipality of Grand Lake for a riding profile. Hit Ripples, Albright’s Corner and Minto so far, next up is Chipman, Gaspereau Forks, and Grand Lake to try and catch a sunset on the way back to Fredericton. I could not have had better weather for it!
