my only major criticism of it on launch is that it wasnt SotFS which is even weirder, cooler, and meaner. DS2 my beloved. going from DS2 to 3 was a huge letdown for me. It's still great, but just so safe in comparison. The stuff i did love about it was the real weird stuff like Irithyll Dungeon.
