As part of the People Vs Palantir days of action, Amnesty International UK and Just Treatment brought a destroyed Palestinian ambulance to Palantir HQ in London in order to highlight the company's links to Israel’s systematic attacks on Gaza’s health system throughout its genocide in Gaza.

Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation & Orange Shirt Day. As we reflect on the history and ongoing legacy of colonialism and the residential school system, and in support of the journey toward reconciliation, we would like to highlight a few of the Indigenous literature titles (1/8)

A collage of book cover thumbnails against an abstract orange background. Small footer text lists the publisher, Arsenal Pulp Press, and their website, arsenal pulp [dot] com, and in the top-right of the background is their logo mark (a circle with an off-centre jagged cross cut through) in semi-transparent orange. The books featured are as follows: “The 500 Years of Indigenous Resistance Comic Book: Revised and Expanded” by Gord Hill; “Tsqelmucwílc” by Celia Haig-Brown, Randy Fred, Garry Gottfriedson, and the KIRS Survivors; “Finding Otipemisiwak” by Andrea Currie; “Buffalo Is the New Buffalo” by Chelsea Vowel; “a body more tolerable” by jaye simpson; and “Together We Drum, Our Hearts Beat as One” by Willie Poll, illustrated by Chief Lady Bird.

September 30th. #HelpFolksLive2026 thread. Something's *always* due & food is *always* needed. Things only get better with community action. *Now* is when folks need food, water, shelter, meds. *Now* is when we/the community needs to be there for each other. There's no one else. Just us.

September 30 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, also known as Orange Shirt Day. Today is a time to raise awareness of the ongoing impacts of residential schools and remember the children who never came home. How are you honouring the day?

Bild

Today, we honour the children who never returned home, Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities. Today is also an opportunity for all of us to listen, learn, reflect, and continue the work of reconciliation in our communities. Every Child Matters. 🧡

The worst part about my job is fucking scheduling, what do you mean your government account has not been updated since 1982, why isnt anyone adding people on here!?! I hate playing the "search and call 11 different people for a simple scheduling project!"
