hard drive now seems to be officially super duper mega dead :( gutted the one from my old computer and running ubuntu for the next while i guess until i can afford a new one. hopefully i can find a way to access and recover a few things, but seems like it kills the system trying to read/write at all

I’m beginning to absolutely loathe how much ai has spread into more niche projects. I swear most of the cool VR and homebrew things I see anymore are made with slop, and these communities are small enough no one is able to hold them to better standards. Really sucks to see such cool ideas wasted.

they have somehow made reddit even worse by making a pop up to create an account after you've been on a page for more than 15 seconds, and you cant close it. god forbid im trying to troubleshoot something and need to read anything in detail

I feel like a kid again seeing this game look this good god I love xenoblade 2. Even found some dialogue I’ve never seen before and noticed there’s just a random Lv 76 enemy out in the sea just because, you can’t fight while swimming and it doesn’t get aggressive it’s just there for detail I love it

Just got through the intro for Xenoblade 1 Switch 2 and I can't lie I was a bit disappointed seeing the cutscenes drop back to 30fps when there was a bit of action on screen. Rumble is neat though and so far actual combat seems like it stays at 60, hope that stays true as I keep going.

Nothing will ever hurt me more then that fact I will never ever get to experience the Pokemon Dream World properly ever again. I don't care if it made getting some Pokemon or items really annoying I loved my stupid online virtual world and it made Gen 5 so special to me.

Theatres should add a button to the seats to call a staff member in because I guarantee the reason so many annoying people get away with their garbage is because people don’t want to miss a few minutes of the movie to deal with them

It’s genuinely so depressing to see how many people will look at something somebody made, tell them they made it wrong, and send death threats like it’s no big deal. Even worse when they get to spin a narrative to make the artist look like the one in the wrong for just creating in the first place.
