I feel like I'm being erased. Since I'm an artist and my stuff is EVERYWHERE (I own it, I know I spread, but when I create or am in an artistic phase I need my "supplies" around me - and as a needlework artist this is a LOT). But in holiday preparations, everything that is me is gone. It hurts.

FREE DESIGN - For all those in love this #PrideMonth . #LoveInRainbowColour is a design I created a few years ago and the complete chart is free via the Textured Treasures Free Stuff group on fb (or message me for the pdf).

4th Octagon done for the upcoming #TexturedTreasures #QuakerBall Quite happy with the simplicity of this one.

A #CountedThread Octagon with a burgundy border. Inside the space is a complex 16-pointed star motif created with thread and beads. In the centre of the star motif is a maroon flower bead.

The #Needlepoint #Embroidery is on scroll bars that you can't see, but the base of the image is pink felt protecting the already #Stitched area from being compressed as it is rolled onto the bars.

It's a reminder that as individuals sometimes tyranny seems insurmountable, but when we band together, we are strong and will defeat the orange menace.

It is our first year attending the #SpringNeedlepointShow in #Kissimmee #Florida. It took 3 days driving, $$$$ investment and 4.5 hours into the show - not one sale. I am disheartened. Wholesale shows like this are always a gamble, looks like I lost on this one.

Each "fan" consists of a central rust, orange and yellow section created with a combination of counted thread stitches and beaded accents. #Mindful #Makers #mARTch and for day 1 the prompt is #Woven As I try to remain present and not caught up in the mental chaos in my head, I'm reminded that creating and stitching #Celtic knots really helps. Adding a note to my books that I'm due for a new one. This is #CelticWeddingCross
