Tonight was the best katsu Ive made thusfar - chicken katsu breaded in panko, sauced in house-made katsu sauce, buttered sticky rice with scallions and coleslaw

Tonights just a quick and easy burger night. Roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, cheddar, bbqnaise. Im actually getting pretty good at weighting out and forming these burgers equally just by judging with my eyes. Proud of myself

Sometimes i forget how neuro spicy i am. Life -in general- is so much better than it was before that i think i let my gaurd down And then along came a minor trauma trigger that put me in a massive panic attack and i remember, lol, oh yeah. Im messed up Then i got naked and ate fried chicken 🤷‍♂️

Tonight was the big Sunday grill night. Bone-in porkchops with fresh fruit salsa (nectarines, plums, shallot, chopped mint, lemon juice and honey) - grilled corn, grilled zucchini, and garlic paprika potato wedges- lemon pepper aoili for dipping. Delicious ~
