I highly recommend a medical log that tells you the date what happened, provider and where the files would be located. This way you can reference back to it and if you need more information you can easily find it. You could put this in a binder or notebook. This possibly could have saved my life.

I have told many people about my very concerning medical problems over the last two years.... BUT I think I know what was wrong and I am getting BETTER! All I needed was providers that listened and my researched based BA to read medical journals myself. Anyways, you have NO IDEA how happy I am!

Honestly, I'm disillusioned. Being told "again, not looking for your help" when you are the only support staff other than the modder.... constantly.... It makes me feel very unwanted. And it happens more than most realize. Just, be kind. 😭

The National Park Service has removed "T" and all mention of transgender people from the Stonewall National Monument. Trans women were some of the most influential activists behind the Stonewall movement and what followed. 3 articles of clothing laws were why raids happened. Erasure.
