This movies get A LOT of flack for it's twist ending, as many people accuse it for being "Incestual Queer Baiting". Heck, I'm friends with someone irl who hates this movie for that alone. But....MAN do you hit the nail on the head there. I think Marnie doesn't get enough credit....

As someone who has been going through severe depression, being isolating from the world, and filled with self-hatred, I resonate with this film so much It hurts. It really, really hurts
