Hey, the COVID is increasing. Please PLEASE wear a mask to protect all the children. This virus causes brain harm! At least put masks on when flying on a germ tube, you don’t want to inhale everybody’s exhaust. It’s not all just from faces ya know. Icky.

There is a difference between a disabled person standing up and saying “I want to show you the adaptations I have made and encourage others to try to find what works for them” and nondisabled people putting a “good disabled person” (one who asks for nothing and teaches them lessons) on a pedestal.

It’s apparently “don’t share inspiration porn o’clock”. A disabled person doing something skillfully should not be cause for “shock”. Especially when that person has been doing whatever it is for 40+ years. Objectifying someone for nondisabled feel-good time is demoralizing.
