Thats my brother in law Dave, who was married to my sister Debs (RIP, get your bowels screened people!). Dave is an unflappable GC. Sometimes he has 4hr round trips attending callouts in e.g. Whangape from his place at Coopers Beach. This is an improvement, but Te Hiku is still crazy underserved.
