While not universal, a good litmus test for how corrupt an organization is is how cozy they are to Trump & his spawn. FIFA has got to be one of the most crooked organizations on this planet. Also, the World Cup, without Europe (where football originated), is not a credible tournament. Crash & Burn!

All 55 UEFA nations have unanimously agreed to boycott FIFA competitions if plans to sell stakes in the World Cup to private investors move forward. European football is drawing a line in the sand: the World Cup belongs to the players and fans.

Corporate media is corrupt and absolutely "in on it." Their owners benefit from the tax regime, and their operators benefit from the high ratings that result from their sown division - even the so-called liberal outlets! Don't buy into the illusion of trust. Seek out your own sources and synthesize!

NBC's kristen welker was caught laughing it up with Stephen Miller. Stephen Miller who architected the family separation policy. Stephen Miller who pushed the Muslim travel ban. Stephen Miller who oversaw the killing of Americans by ICE agents. This is why independent media is crucial.

SPCX is a house of cards. Their promises of future growth come almost entirely from xAI, a garbage division that Musk bundled from another co. he raided. Their current revenue comes mostly from govt. contracts that will likely dry up when ISS is deorbited in 2030. Their new rockets keep blowing up-

While this might seem, to a layperson, to be a huge fine, in reality, Google makes this much revenue every single day. This is a slap in the wrist, a cost-of-doing business fine. In order to discourage future adverse practices from a company this large, the fine MUST be in the hundreds of billions.

And @netflix.com wonders why people aren't watching their original 'content' anymore. We can get AI slop for free on youtube, this is garbage, not art. A sad but inevitable decline. I wouldn't even use a shared password to watch, it is unworthy of my precious time. How long before PE buys them out?

Netflix reveals that ~300 of their TV shows and movies have used generative AI during the production process • This includes concept art, pre-viz, and battle sequences • They plan to use it more going forward • Gave credit to Ben Affleck's AI company InterPositive for impact on their projects

It's easy for anyone outside of Disney boardroom groupthink to see 1. The original Moana is only 10 years old, & this film tells the *exact same* story. 2. The Rock is a 'roided out quinquagenarian who is unbelievably vain & in denial of his limits as an actor. www.worldofreel.com/blog/2026/7/...

‘Moana’ Is Heading Toward a Box Office Bomb After $4M+ Thursday, $38M+ Opening Projection — World of Reel

That’s a disappointing outlook for a film reportedly carrying a whopping $250M budget, especially given Disney’s apparent confidence in the brand.

Amid his disastrous war of choice and self-created economic crisis, Donald Trump flew halfway around the world to flatter a foreign dictator—and came back with nothing to show for it. Nothing about that is "America first."

In 1933, Justice Louis Brandeis said: “We can have democracy in this country or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of the few, but we cannot have both.” What he said was true 93 years ago. It’s even more accurate today. Let us choose democracy over oligarchy.
