I have Chronic Pain and am working hard to be a Chronic Pain to those trying to overthrow Democracy. #Resist #Unite #StrongerTogether #ChronicPainSux

Republicans attacking the Pope and his anti-war stance should go over really well with the American public, which is increasingly anti-war and disgusted by Trump's blasphemy. Double down!

Truly remarkable how many people have told the Pope, in some way or another, to "shut up and dribble." Or corrected him on the Bible, despite their thin education on theology. Or told him to stay out of US affairs, despite him being a US citizen. The hubris is amazing.

Mike Johnson on the Pope: "If you wade into political waters, you should expect some political response & the Pope has received some. Frankly I was taken a bit aback by him saying something about 'those who engage in war, Jesus doesn't hear their prayers' or something. There's 'just war' doctrine.'"

Jim Jordan is commenting on Eric Swalwell's sexual misconduct allegations. Jordan was assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State while team doctor Richard Strauss sexually abused at least 177 athletes. Multiple wrestlers testified under oath they told Jordan. He did nothing. He was never charged.

DOGGETT: Doesn't your budget propose another 12% cut for NIH? VOUGHT: Most of what you said is untrue. NIH was not cut at all-- D: My Q is don't you propose another 12% cut? VOUGHT: We propose a cut D: Is it your feeling that we just can't afford to invest more in doing something about cancer?

Trump is banking on the US news media not doing their job, and they are obliging. Trump keeps saying, "Peace any second now." There are no planned peace talks in Pakistan, and the Prime Minister isn't even in the country right now. It's embarrassing they're calling themselves journalists.

Remember, Donald Trump is not the disease of our politics. Only the worst symptom. Yes, let's defeat Trump. And let's defeat the system that allows corporations and special interests to buy and sell politicians in a way that leaves it rigged against the rest of us.

CNN put together a montage of Chris Wright saying last month that "there's a very good chance" gas prices will be back below $3 a gallon by the summer, followed by a clip of him saying yesterday that "by the summer is an aggressive timeframe now"
