Once again, the Founders anticipated the possibility of a tyrannical president. What they didn’t anticipate is a majority of the members of Congress choosing subservience—not that they’d all be good people, but most should have egos and ambition, enough to object if someone tried taking their power.
We watched The Matrix last night. I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve seen it, but it was the first time in 4K with our new TV and sound bar (w/ woofer) and it was fantastic!!! Really feeling the 90s movie nostalgia lately.

When trying to understand the Right Wing, it helps to realize they have spent their lives pretending to be someone they aren't and sublimating parts of themselves they hate and that they have to project that pain and hatred onto others because the tension is so unbearable it will destroy them.
