Every guide on building AI agents assumes you can code. This one doesn’t. I wrote a step-by-step guide to building autonomous AI agents with Claude Cowork. No API keys, no terminal, no code. Just plain English and a schedule. landonnotes.com/AI/Developme...

The nomenclature in AI gives me so much joy. 😂 Today I Learned: RAG + Fine-Tuning is a RAFT 🚣🏾 I'm convinced the only reasonable purpose for this is that someone has a really good sense of humor and wanted their CTO to say a bunch of funny words in a single sentence. 😉

Here is why I consider AI agents nothing more than software. I'm talking specifically about the pieces of software that do things in a pipeline to complete a task. Let's take booking a flight to Vancouver as an example task.

Tomorrow I'll be joining the @massdriver.cloud team to discuss the limitations of GitOps, infrastructure as code, and why writing a bunch of Terraform isn't enough. There will be some live demos and a Q/A session at the end to dive into the details.

We just completed our first Ruby AI training of 2025 with 14 incredibly talented Ruby engineers over 3 intense days. The best part is we've open sourced the code for anyone to check out. 🎉 github.com/thedayisntgr... (I deleted the original post as it had the wrong link.)

You obviously can't build RAG in Ruby, and definitely not in less than 100 lines of code. And certainly not without a fancy vector database. Now that that's settled, get back to work! Special thanks to @ankane.bsky.social Follow him, star his gems, contribute to his work.
