So, in June, during Pride month, when she didn't have any pro-LGBTQ language on her website, Dr. Amy Acton promised to include Republicans in her cabinet if elected. 2 months later her staff barred leaders of the OH Progressive Causus from attending a listening session on trans rights.

Pretty shocking stuff here. According to @ari4ohio.bsky.social, Dr. Amy Acton's campaign refused to allow the leadership of the Ohio Dem Progressive Caucus to attend last night's listening session after Acton announced support for bans on trans athletes. They also wouldn't let Childrey in either.
The election calendar in August is sooo crowded with major things. I hope readers of my elections guide are ready, it’s going to be the biggest of the year so far.

Finally saw Weapons (a year late). What a lazy movie. A monstrous looking witch eating children. A gay man (played by a straight actor of course) forced to brutally murder his husband. A violent cop. A strung out addict. I mean it was literally every bad trope and stereotype shoved into a movie.

All the blame belongs to Deschamps. Players win games. Refs ruin games. Coaches lose games. Deschamps lost this game. What a waste. An absolute waste of magnificent talent. Les Bleus fans have deserved better than Deschamps for a long, long time. And thankfully, as of tomorrow, he's retired.
And that's enough for me. Not going to watch Didier Deschamps waste that much talent all over again with his ridiculous coaching. He hasn't lead France to anything. The talent of the team has been carrying him for years. Thank God we're done with him after this World Cup.

After all this time, I'm seriously stunned that France manager Didier Deschamps hasn't come up with a real plan to take apart Spain. Especially after the epic losses the past two years. So, I guess we'll see what he has in the second half. But if the tactics are the same as the first half...
