The best MCU Spider-Man movie, hands down. I loved every minute of this.
A good character design can make me interested in reading anything. I don't read much manga, but these concepts for Spider-Man of Shibuya make me want to check it out. Tokitokoro cooked!
I mostly liked the Supergirl movie, but it sadly fell flat for me on a whole. The visuals are muddy and the needle drops felt excessive (the one in the final fight was the worst one). I think this was a very poor adaptation of an excellent comic book. I did love the acting and costume designs.
Jimmy Olsen is a goddamn fool for fumbling her.

Don't reckon I've switched up on a book harder than on Hickman's Ultimate Spider-Man. I loved the first half. The concept of an older Spidey just starting out, uncovering and fighting a fascist world, was a great hook, and it was cool to see a more classic supporting class back in the book.
Absolute Batman continues to have the most 'hell yeah' energy you could ever want from a comic book.
I'm pretty sick of these comics that exist only for MCU synergy. Bringing back creatives from the BND era to tell some undiscovered story is playing things too safe. I love Spider-Man, but Marvel needs to stop relying on the same circle of guys from 2008 and give the line a breath of fresh air.
