As far as organizational change at Marvel, here's what I want to see: 1. Creators sharing in foreign earnings too, like at most of comics publishers. 2. Better backlist management, so steadily-selling TPBs & HCs actually stay in print. Comps that arrive on time would be nice too, but not crucial.
