When they working on a device that countered chronic pain by that overloading your nervous system with a button, a side effect was orgasms on demand. Of course the reverse could also be implemented so you are only allowed an orgasm by other people. Looks like they kinda made that into a movie.

I help run a website for an insurance company. I get shit when I miss a deadline by a day because other people haven't done their work. This shit head keeps his job for going SIX months without looking at a Grand Jury transcript on the most major case in his docket/basket/bouquet/whatever
