I started taking abilify as of yesterday. I took it at 10am ish, fell asleep at 7:30pm, woke up at 6am today, and then proceeded to take 4 NAPS BEFORE 4PM. My naps are an hour long by the way 🥲🫡 OH MY GOD HELP ME

It’s hard to explain just how isolating a chronic illness is. I feel so behind compared to everyone else. I question myself as to why everyone else can do ‘easy’ things, why everyone can stream and make content with ‘ease’, and I’m stuck in bed unable to do anything. It’s draining. It’s lonely.

Ya girls managed to break her L5 and is in a lot of pain on top of my daily pain 🥲 I see my physiotherapist on Monday and will speak with my physician the week after but please be patient with me if streams are sparse or cancelled. Thank you for understanding 💕
