Chelsea rebranding their U19 and U21 teams to "Cobham Next Gen" is tremendously "how do you do fellow kids"-coded. It's what you get when you ask a focus group how to be cool.

At the risk of projecting onto players, I think Martin Ødegaard might have a bit of a chip on his shoulder / point to prove this season after two injury-hampered, less-than seasons. It might also be as simple as he’ll be excellent if he’s healthy because that’s who he is.
