It's been a while since I've played any of the Halo games (I've played Reach, Halo 3, and Halo 4), but the art style of Halo: Reach was the best of the franchise.

My takeaway from this is that cervids are so powerful they collectively decided to bend cancer to their will. They are also adorable and I love them.

The Peryton's Shadow It is said that when the Sun strikes a peryton, its shadow isn't thay of its own body, but that of a man. It is concluded from this that the peryton are in fact spirits of those who have died far from their homes and the care of their gods.
After returning from a trip to Europe, I am once again consumed by the thought of how and where a town with those lovely narrow, winding, medieval style streets could be built here in the US. Human-scale architecture, minimal cars, building layout that mimic the layout of old city walls. I want it.

Bic pen sketch of my fursona, who now finally has a full name! He's a heraldic beast known as a Pantheon which is basically a red deer hind with the tail of a fox, with stars covering it's body. The inspiration for him came from the world of the webcomic Skindeep created by @korybing.bsky.social
