Biggs says "no plans" for a 23% sales tax as AZ gov, but he voted for the Fair Tax Act in Congress-a bill that does exactly that to groceries, medicine, & rent. When a candidate won't clearly reject a policy they've supported, that's not reassurance. No plan means no protection from the plan. #Pinks
