If you’re looking into getting into any arts industry field, I cannot stress enough that first and foremost, being a practical person who is good at note taking and spreadsheets and willing to chip in will get you pretty darn far. Maybe farther than being a god given genius, depending on the day

i can't describe how excited i am to not run admin for someone any more. no more calendaring...no more expense reports...no more anxiety over setting lunches bc you have to let the other person pick the place bc of politics but they won't respond to your emails....my god i will be free
